There was an upset when higher ranked Granollers (9-8) was edged by tenth ranked SESE (8-9) in Barcelona 73-70 on Saturday. SESE forced 19 Granollers turnovers. Power forward Alberto Reyes (195-1990) notched 7 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and point guard Marc Cruz (190-2003) supported him with 14 points and 4 steals. Even 18 points and 7 rebounds by forward Carles Homs (196-1996) did not help to save the game for Granollers. Jordi Auro added 13 points. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. SESE moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 6 other teams. Newly promoted Granollers dropped to the sixth position with eight games lost. They share it with 7 other teams.
