Very predictable result when third ranked Blois (15-5) smashed at home 16th ranked Gravelines (5-15) 100-63 on Saturday. Blois forced 20 Gravelines turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Gravelines' players. The best player for the winners was Maxime Sconard (195-2003) who scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Pavel Bronner-Szulc chipped in 13 points and 6 assists. Four Blois players scored in double figures. Blois' coach David Morabito felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Hugo Boumpoutou (195-2004) who recorded 15 points and 4 assists and Zati Loubaki (200-2004) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Blois have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain third place with 15-5 record having just three points less than leader Cholet. Gravelines lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with 15 games lost. Blois will meet Dijon (#14) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Gravelines will play against Bourg and hope to secure a win.
