There was an upset when higher ranked Pozuelo (9-7) lost on the road to thirteenth ranked BT Madrid (6-10) 69-56 on Saturday. BT Madrid made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Diego Sanchez notched a double-double by scoring 15 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and forward Asier De la Iglesia (201-1983) supported him with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Four BT Madrid players scored in double figures. Even 10 points and 6 rebounds by guard Borja Lopez (187-1993) did not help to save the game for Pozuelo. Power forward Dani Busto (203-1992, college: Ohlone CC) added 7 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BT Madrid moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Benahavis and Chlorella. Loser Pozuelo keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
