Basketligan top team - Boras (21-3) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Fryshuset (0-24) in Stockholm 100-66. Boras looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Fryshuset's players. American guard Bodie Hume (201, college: N.Colorado) stepped up and scored 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import Christopher McKnight (201-1987, college: Akron) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Center Leonard Halling-Ibo (202-1992) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds and Jamaican-Canadian point guard Jahmal Jones (185-1991, college: TMU) scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Boras have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 21-3 record. Fryshuset at the other side still closes the standings. Boras are looking forward to face Norrkoping (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Fryshuset will play against Umea (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
