The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. American forward Chris Clarke (196-1996, college: Texas Tech) stepped up and scored 9 points, 15 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners and his fellow American import forward Karl Gamble (206-1996, college: MTSU, agency: Players Group) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four Lahti players scored in double figures. American forward Nick Stampley (198-1999, college: Troy) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and Canadian forward Prince Oduro (203-1998, college: Detroit) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Lahti maintains tenth place with 10-17 record. Loser Korihait keeps the eleventh position with 19 games lost. Lahti will meet higher ranked Pyrinto (#9) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Korihait will play against Kobrat in Lapua and hope to secure a win.
