Not a big story in a game when 13th ranked Mollet (5-16) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Huesca (9-12) 75-66 on Saturday. Huesca dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Mollet's 28. They outrebounded Mollet 40-29 including a 34-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Forward Jorge Lafuente (197-1991) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and point guard Diego Gallardo (192-1996, agency: BIG) chipped in 13 points. The best for the losing side was guard Marc Sese (189-1993) with 18 points and forward Ignasi Belver (197-1994) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Mollet's coach Josep Maria Marsa rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Huesca moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Melilla. Loser Mollet dropped to the fourteenth position with 16 games lost. Huesca will meet at home higher ranked Sant Antoni (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
