Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Mataro Parc (11-9) won against at home 9th ranked Joventut 2 (8-10) 79-65 on Saturday. Mataro Parc looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Antonio Ruiz (-1997) nailed 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and swingman Albert Serra (193-1993) accounted for 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Conrad Martinez (182-2005) came up with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Portuguese forward Ruben de Oliveira (202-2005) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Joventut 2 in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Mataro Parc moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Joventut 2 keeps the ninth position with ten games lost. They share it with Getafe and Majadahonda.
