The game between Top Four teams took place in Kauhajoki. First ranked host Kauhajoki (24-5) defeated 3rd placed Kataja (14-15) 79-64. The game was mostly controlled by Kauhajoki. Kataja managed to win third quarter 24-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kauhajoki will meet at home Kotka (#5) in the next round. Kataja will play against the league's second-placed Seagulls in Helsinki and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
