Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Obradoiro S. (12-8) won against 10th ranked Betanzos (7-13) in Santiago de Compostela 86-80 on Sunday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Obradoiro S. shot 25 for 35 from the free-throw line, while Betanzos only scored nine points from the stripe. Center Serigne Niang (202-2001) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and forward Guillermo Gonzalez (196-2002) accounted for 20 points.
