ASA Jerusalem used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Petah Tikva 83-76 on Thursday night. ASA Jerusalem looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Serbian forward Teodora Turudic (180-1999) nailed 21 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 7 steals for the winning side and American center Danielle Adams (185-1989, college: Texas A&M) accounted for 13 points and 15 rebounds. Five ASA Jerusalem players scored in double figures. American forward Teana Muldrow (188-1995, college: WVU) came up with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 11 rebounds and the other American import guard Kenisha Bell (175-1994, college: Minnesota) added 22 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for H.Petah Tikva in the defeat. ASA Jerusalem will meet E.Holon in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. H.Petah Tikva will play against Hertzliya in Hertzeliya and hope to win that game.
