Regular Season Round 22: Estrada - La Leonesa 64-93

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked La Leonesa (14-7) outleveled on the road 13th ranked Estrada (4-17) 93-64 on Saturday. They outrebounded Estrada 44-28 including 32 on the defensive glass. Power forward Fernando Revilla (203-2001) fired 9 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Argentinian swingman Federico Copes (199-2002) chipped in 23 points. Four La Leonesa players scored in double figures. La Leonesa's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players saving starting five for next games. Guard Fernando Bello (198-2003) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and forward Mateo Bello (192-2000) added 13 points respectively for lost side. La Leonesa moved-up to second place, which they share with Avila and Getxo. Estrada lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the thirteenth position with 17 games lost. La Leonesa will meet at home league's leader Chantada in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Estrada will play against the league's second-placed Marin (#2) and hope to secure a win.
