There was an upset when 4th placed Roser (13-9) was edged on the road by ninth ranked Navas (11-11) 75-72 on Saturday. It was a great shooting night for Navas especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. It was a great evening for David Yuste (-1994) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points. Eddy Sims (-1998) helped adding 17 points. Albert Montalvo (201-1999) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Adria Cortegano (185-2000) scored 20 points. Four Roser players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Navas moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Roser dropped to the third position with nine games lost. They share it with 5 other teams. Navas will meet Olivar (#10) in the next round. Roser will play against SESE (#7) and hope to secure a win.
