No shocking result in a game when third ranked Psychikou (15-8) defeated on the road 13th ranked Aias Evosmou (8-15) 72-67 on Saturday. It was a great evening for American point guard Ronaldo Segu (183-1999, college: Buffalo) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points. His fellow American import forward Craig Victor II (201-1995, college: LSU) helped adding 10 points and 12 rebounds. Four Psychikou players scored in double figures. American center Kyree Walker (198-2000) responded with 25 points and 6 rebounds and center Antonis Karagiannidis (204-2002) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Psychikou have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Newly promoted Aias Evosmou keeps the thirteenth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Amyntas. Psychikou will meet at home Ermis S. (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Aias Evosmou will play against AO Triton (#4) in Athens and hope to secure a win.
