No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Tindastoll (12-9) crushed bottom-ranked KR (4-17) in Sauoarkrokur 115-63 on Thursday. The game without a history. Tindastoll led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding KR to just 7 points in second quarter. Tindastoll dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to KR's 28. Tindastoll forced 21 KR turnovers and outrebounded them 43-25 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Irish-British forward Taiwo Badmus (199-1993, college: UVA Wise) nailed 31 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and American Keyshawn Woods (192-1996, college: Ohio St.) accounted for 24 points and 5 rebounds. Five Tindastoll players scored in double figures. Tindastoll's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Finnish guard Aapeli Alanen (201-1996, agency: Blacktop Management) came up with 15 points and 6 rebounds and American point guard Antonio Williams (183-1997, college: Kent St., agency: Players Group) added 13 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) respectively for KR in the defeat. Tindastoll maintains fifth place with 12-9 record. Loser KR stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost.
