There was an upset when higher ranked Infante (10-12) was edged by eleventh ranked Begastri (7-16) in Cehegin 81-78 on Sunday. The winners were led by power forward Jose Fernandez (200-1978) who scored that evening 24 points and guard Enrique Navarro (190-1994) supported him with 20 points and 5 assists. Even 16 points and 6 rebounds by forward Alvaro Bernal (190) did not help to save the game for Infante. Power forward Dario Sarrias (200-1995) added 16 points and 7 rebounds.
