Very expected game when 14th ranked Agora Portals (1-22) was smashed on the road by eighth ranked Castelldefels (12-11) 86-67 on Sunday. Castelldefels looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Agora Portals' players. The winners were led by forward Eric Manes (194-1987) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Santiago Serrataco (187-1990) supported him with 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Castelldefels' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 22 points and 5 rebounds by Alexandre Huguet did not help to save the game for Agora Portals. Center Michael Ogunsuyi (200-2006) added 10 points and 8 rebounds. Castelldefels moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 3 other teams. Agora Portals lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the thirteenth position with 22 games lost. They share it with Covadonga and Jorge Juan. Castelldefels will meet Alfinden (#7) in the next round.
