Very predictable result in Verona where seventh ranked Alpo (11-13) outscored 14th ranked Bolzano AV (4-20) 91-59 on Saturday. Alpo forced 19 Bolzano AV turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 55.6 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Ilaria Moriconi (165-2000) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Elisa Mancinelli (177-1993) who added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Alpo players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was center Meriem Nasraoui (183-2002) with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Sofia De Marchi (171-2001) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Alpo have a solid four-game winning streak.
