Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Real Canoe (9-16) lost on the road to seventh ranked Ponferrada (14-11) 90-81 on Saturday. Guard Jorge Martinez (185-1996) nailed 20 points and 6 assists for the winning side and naturalized Argentinian power forward Juan Hierrezuelo (207-2000) accounted for 11 points and 9 rebounds. Four Ponferrada players scored in double figures. Ponferrada's coach David Barrio used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest.
