There was an upset when higher ranked Kotwica (20-14) was edged by twelfth ranked Enea Basket (16-18) in Kolobrzeg 89-86 on Wednesday. Michal Wielechowski (198-1994) notched 25 points to lead the effort and power forward Wojciech Fras (202-1991, agency: AB Agency) supported him with 13 points and 9 rebounds. Enea Basket's coach Przemyslaw Szurek used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Even 18 points and 7 rebounds by guard Piotr Smigielski (191-1989) did not help to save the game for Kotwica.
