There was no surprise when 9th ranked Melilla (10-16) was defeated at home by third ranked Zornotza (18-8) 86-73 on Saturday. Zornotza outrebounded Melilla 47-25 including a 37-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Iker Salazar (202-1993, agency: Promo Sport ID) who scored 9 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists.
