There was a minor upset in Cervia where 14th ranked San Miniato (6-20) was defeated by sixteenth ranked Romagna (3-23) 82-73 on Sunday. Romagna made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Romagna especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. The best player for the winners was point guard Matteo Chiapparini (185-2003) who scored 15 points. Naturalized Dominican center Anfernee Hidalgo (180-1996) chipped in 14 points and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Niccolo Venturoli (196-2000) who recorded 20 points and 6 rebounds and forward Luca Tozzi (200-1999) added 15 points respectively.
