No shocking result in a game when Hapoel Jerusalem (17-7) beat at home Galil Elion (13-13) 90-78 on Sunday. They outrebounded Galil Elion 35-23 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for American center Zachary Hankins (211-1996, college: Xavier) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import swingman Levi Randolph (196-1992, college: Alabama, agency: Slash Sports) accounted for 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. The former international swingman Itay Moskovich (191-2000) came up with 17 points and the former international point guard Roi Huber (188-1997) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for Galil Elion in the defeat. Five Hapoel Jerusalem and four Galil Elion players scored in double figures. Hapoel Jerusalem will meet Ironi Nes-Ziona (#6) in the next round. Galil Elion will have a break next round.
