Bottom-ranked Gilboa Galil managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the six-game losing streak. This time they won against eighth-ranked Hapoel Beer Sheva in Gan Ner 85-78. Gilboa Galil made 25-of-31 charity shots (80.6 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. The winners were led by guard London Perrantes (187-1994, college: Virginia) who scored that evening 26 points and 9 assists (made all of his eight free throws) and forward Robert Franks (201-1996, college: WSU) supported him with 20 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). Even 26 points and 9 assists (made all of his eight free throws) by guard London Perrantes (187-1994, college: Virginia) did not help to save the game for Hapoel Beer Sheva. Gilboa Galil maintains twelfth position with 4-21 record. Hapoel Beer Sheva at the other side keeps the eighth place with 14 games lost. Gilboa Galil will play against higher ranked Hapoel Haifa (#11) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hapoel Beer Sheva will play against Hapoel Eilat and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
