ProB top team - Saint-Quentin (24-9) had no problems winning another game on Friday. This time they crushed fifteenth ranked Nantes (12-21) 93-73. Saint-Quentin shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Center Mathis Dossou-Yovo (205-2000) nailed 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and American-Trinidad and Tobago point guard Terrell Gomez (173-1998, college: SDSU) accounted for 14 points and 10 assists. Five Saint-Quentin players scored in double figures. American guard JaCori Payne (180-1996, college: Columbus St.) came up with 16 points and 9 assists and American-Jamaican center Ryan Rhoomes (203-1992, college: Fordham) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Nantes in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Saint-Quentin maintains first place with 24-9 record, which they share with Chalon/Saone. Nantes lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with 21 games lost. They share it with Aix-Maurienne.
