At the losing side Kosovan-American Scott Bamforth (188-1989, college: Weber St.) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and American power forward Ethan Happ (208-1996, college: Wisconsin) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. The victory was the third consecutive win for Murcia. They maintain ninth place with 15-17 record. Rio Breogan lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the eleventh position with 18 games lost. They share it with Obradoiro. Murcia will meet higher ranked Tenerife (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Rio Breogan will play against Bilbao (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
