Finals Game 1: Gaziantep - Anadolu Efes 88-94

Anadolu Efes are 22/23 U19 champions. They prevailed against Gaziantep in an exciting Final tonight. Anadolu Efes dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Gaziantep's 28. They outrebounded Gaziantep 50-31 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Anadolu Efes looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Center Emre Tunca (207-1991) stepped up and scored 27 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and forward Karahan Efeoglu (203-2004) chipped in 24 points and 6 rebounds. Anadolu Efes' coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Emir Sivas (176-2005) responded with 35 points (!!!) and 6 assists and guard Ibrahim Yilmaz (192-2005) scored 18 points. Four Gaziantep players scored in double figures.
