Regular Season Round 2: Strasbourg - Limoges 80-87

There was a minor upset when SIG Strasbourg lost at home to Limoges CSP Elite 87-80 on Saturday. The former international swingman Nicolas Lang (198-1990) notched 21 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and American guard Kameron McGusty (196-1997, college: Miami, FL) supported him with 22 points. Even 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists by the former international guard Paul Lacombe (198-1990) did not help to save the game for SIG Strasbourg. American point guard Quinton Hooker (183-1995, college: N.Dakota) added 14 points for the hosts. Four SIG Strasbourg players scored in double figures. SIG Strasbourg's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Limoges CSP Elite will meet Metropolitans in the next round which should be an easy win for them. SIG Strasbourg will have a break next round.
