Regular Season Round 2: Bielsko-Biala - Cracovia 91-79

No shocking result in a game when Bielsko-Biala won against at home Cracovia 91-79 on Saturday. Bielsko-Biala dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Cracovia's 30. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Cracovia's players. The best player for the winners was power forward Michal Medes (200-1996) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Wojciech Zub (181-1995) chipped in 19 points and 8 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Point guard Kacper Nowak (188-1999) produced 34 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) and Damian Antczak (198-1995) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bielsko-Biala will meet at home Rybnik in the next round. Cracovia will play against Gliwice 2 and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
