Bottom-ranked Metropolitans is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fifth consecutive match to leader Cholet Basket (3-0) 92-78 on Wednesday evening. Cholet Basket forced 21 Metropolitans turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American point guard TJ Campbell (175-1988, college: Portland) nailed 16 points and 4 assists for the winning side and point guard Gerald Ayayi (188-2001) accounted for 15 points. Cholet Basket's coach Laurent Vila used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Josh Carlton (211-1999, college: Houston) came up with 15 points and 5 rebounds and Bulgarian-American point guard Dee Bost (188-1989, college: MSU) added 15 points and 6 assists respectively for Metropolitans in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the third consecutive win for Cholet Basket. They moved-up to fifth place. Metropolitans lost their fifth game in a row.
