Regular Season Round 1: Oulun Bball - Raiders Basket 78-90

Another interesting game for Raiders Basket which played on the court of Oulun Bball. Raiders Basket had an easy win 90-78. The game was mostly controlled by Raiders Basket. Oulun Bball was better in second period 19-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard Deshone Hicks (178-1999, college: Ferrum) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and his fellow American import guard Greg Heckstall (202-1996, college: Hampton) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side guard Viljami Valkama (191-2004) responded with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Jeameril Wilson (203, college: Loyola, IL, agency: Perpetual Sports) scored 22 points and 8 rebounds. Raiders Basket will play against HNMKY in Helsinki in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Oulun Bball will play on the road against Huima in Aanekoski and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
