Sosnowiec used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Pruszkow 90-55 on Saturday night. Sosnowiec dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Pruszkow's 32. Sosnowiec forced 26 Pruszkow turnovers and outrebounded them 32-20 including 24 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Pruszkow's players. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Sosnowiec will meet at home Poznan in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Pruszkow will play against Gorzow Wlkp. in Gorzow Wielkopolski and hope to win that game.
