Regular Season Round 7: Nancy - Levallois 95-40

Very predictable result when fourth ranked Nancy (5-1) outscored at home 12th ranked Levallois (2-5) 95-40 on Saturday. Nancy dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Levallois' 20. Nancy forced 28 Levallois turnovers and outrebounded them 37-22 including 23 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Levallois' players. It was a great evening for Cameroonian Yves Mballa (199-2003) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Guillaume Grotzinger (195-2004) helped adding 19 points and 9 assists. At the losing side guard Daniel Isay (196-2004) responded with 9 points and 7 rebounds and Moussa Dicko (201-2004) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. Nancy moved-up to third place. Loser Levallois dropped to the thirteenth position with five games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Nancy will meet St-Quentin (#17) in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Levallois will play against Blois (#4) and hope to secure a win.
