Very expected game in Andujar where Novaschool (1-2) was crushed by Jaen FS (3-0) 107-76 on Saturday. Jaen FS made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Novaschool turnovers and had a 35-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Jaen FS looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Adrian Nosa (196-2000, college: Richland CC) who scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. French center Ivan Lucente (205-2002) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Five Jaen FS players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Juan Cebrian (-2002) who recorded 21 points and 7 rebounds and center Anastasio Vazquez (204-1992) added 9 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Jaen FS will meet Oh!Tels ULB (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Novaschool's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Malaga Unicaja-Andalucia.
