The most surprising game was a loss of Jazine (2-1) in Zadar on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Gorica (2-1) 83-67. It was a great evening for Vito Porobic (198-2001, agency: AltusBasket) who led his team to a victory scoring 28 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Jure Gunjina (203-1992, college: GSW) helped adding 14 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Niko Sare (194-2005) with 13 points and 5 rebounds and forward Mate Mandic (197-1998) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gorica is looking forward to face Crikvenica (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Jazine will play against Omis (#11) in Galeb and is hoping to win this game.
