There was an upset in Lancut where higher ranked Czarni (2-4) was defeated by fifteenth ranked Sokol (1-5) 88-74 on Saturday. Sokol made 21-of-22 free shots (95.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Corey Sanders (188-1997, college: Rutgers) who scored 23 points and 7 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The other American import guard Tyler Cheese (193-1996, college: Akron) chipped in 20 points.
