Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Broni and 6th ranked Mantova had identical 2-1 record. But Mantova was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Broni 66-57 on Saturday night. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian center Lorena Molnar (192-1998) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Elisa Policari (188-1997) who added 15 points and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side naturalized Argentinian power forward Florencia Llorente (182-1992) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Laura Cremona (174-2000) scored 10 points and 6 assists. Mantova at the other side dropped to the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Broni will meet Carugate (#14) in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
