We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 9th ranked Scafati (2-3) was defeated at home by tenth ranked Cremona (2-3) 122-112 on Sunday. Cremona made 31-of-40 free shots (77.5 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 56.7 percentage. Cremona looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American point guard Marcus Zegarowski (187-1998, college: Creighton) stepped up and scored 25 points and 5 assists for the winners and Davide Denegri (184-1998, agency: SLN) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists. American power forward Kruize Pinkins (203-1993, college: USF) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and American-Polish guard David Logan (185-1982, college: Indianapolis) scored 18 points and 4 assists. Cremona moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Pesaro and Scafati. Cremona will meet at home league's second-placed Virtus Bologna in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
