Everything went according to plan in Krakow where eighth ranked Cracovia (4-2) beat 10th ranked MKS (3-5) 77-70 on Sunday. Cracovia forced 21 MKS turnovers. The best player for the winners was point guard Kacper Nowak (188-1999) who scored 24 points and 7 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Damian Antczak (198-1995) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Kacper Indyk (200-2004) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and guard Krystian Zawadzki (188-2002) added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cracovia moved-up to fifth place. Loser MKS keeps the tenth position with five games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Cracovia's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Krakow to the arena Wisla Krakow.
