There was an upset when higher ranked Przemysl II (5-3) was defeated at home by tenth ranked Iskra Cz (4-4) 90-75 on Sunday. Iskra Cz outrebounded Przemysl II 47-35 including a 34-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Ukrainian swingman Yaroslav Fomichov (196-1994) who scored 29 points and 9 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Point guard Adrian Placzek (182-1985) chipped in 18 points and 7 assists. Four Iskra Cz players scored in double figures.
