There was a surprise result in Oslo where ninth rankedGimle (3-6) beat second-ranked Centrum (7-3) 71-62 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Hallvard Staff (203-2002, college: MVNU) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 6 rebounds and Serbian-Montenegrin center Milovan Savic (205-1987) who added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Gimle players scored in double figures. Serbian forward Petar Kutlesic (206-1994, college: Azusa Pacific) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and the former international power forward Johannes Dolven (204-1996, college: Barry) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Defending champion maintains ninth position with 3-6 record. Loser Centrum dropped to the third place with three games lost.
