Very predictable result when seventh rankedArmani Milano (4-2) rolled over on the road bottom-ranked Brindisi (0-6) 87-57 on Sunday. Armani Milano dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Brindisi 's 24. The former international Stefano Tonut (194-1993) notched 16 points to lead the effort and Danish Shavon Shields (201-1994, college: Nebraska) supported him with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Four Armani Milano players scored in double figures. Even 10 points and 7 rebounds by the former international forward Eric Lombardi (201-1993) did not help to save the game for Brindisi . Estonian Joonas Riismaa (195-2002) added 10 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Reggio Emilia and Napoli. Loser Brindisi still closes the standings with six games lost. They share the position with Treviso.
