There was a minor upset when higher rankedArmani Milano (4-3) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Scafati (4-3) 77-68 on Sunday. Scafati shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. The former international swingman Alessandro Gentile (201-1992, agency: SLN) fired 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American forward Demetre Rivers (203-1995, college: Mercer) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Four Scafati players scored in double figures. Spanish Nikola Mirotic (208-1991) produced 19 points and 9 rebounds and American-Ivorian power forward Alexander Poythress (203-1993, college: Kentucky) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Scafati moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Milano.
