The most important game in the last round took place in Vimpeli between third rankedTampereen Pyrinto (5-4) and eighth ranked Vimpelin Veto Tampereen Pyrinto was defeated by Vimpelin Veto on the road 90-76 . The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 11-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-76. It was a great shooting night for Vimpelin Veto especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American guard Kayla Shaw (178-1997, college: Azusa Pacific) produced 24 points and Samoan forward Geralynn Leaupepe (180-1996) added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Four Vimpelin Veto and five Tampereen Pyrinto players scored in double figures. ViVe moved-up to fifth place, which they share with HBA-Marsky. Pyrinto at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. They share it with PeKa.
