Eredivisie top team -Grasshoppers (9-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed eighth ranked QSTA Utd (2-9) in Katwijk 83-47 . Grasshoppers forced 23 QSTA Utd turnovers and outrebounded them 44-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. Grasshoppers looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international point guard Karin Kuijt (174-1990) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 assists for the winners. Liselot Kulk (183-2003) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Bo Teulings (183, college: ORU) produced 16 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Rinske Scholten added 5 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. QSTA Utd's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Grasshoppers have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 9-0 record. QSTA Utd lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with nine games lost.
