Regular Season Round 16: Jamtland - Uppsala 76-75

Seventh-ranked Uppsala (6-10) made lots of trouble for third ranked Jamtland (11-5) in Ostersund on Wednesday. Jamtland managed to secure only one-point victory 76-75. However their fans expected much easier game. Jamtland made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. American-Thailand guard Tra Holder (185-1995, college: Arizona St.) fired 27 points and 4 assists for the winners. Swingman Anes Zekovic (198-1995) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Isaiah Powell (198-1999, college: Vermont) produced 21 points and 7 rebounds and forward Henrik Jadersten (208-1995, college: Santa Clara) added 10 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Four Uppsala players scored in double figures. Jamtland moved-up to second place, which they share with BC Lulea. Uppsala lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with ten games lost. Jamtland is again looking forward to face Uppsala (#7) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Uppsala will have a break next round.
