The game in Helsinki supposed to be also quite interesting. Third rankedPeli-Karhut (10-4) played at the court of 7th ranked Marsky Helsinki (4-10). Peli-Karhut smashed Marsky Helsinki 82-48 on Sunday. The game without a history. PeKa led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Peli-Karhut forced 30 Marsky Helsinki turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward DaNasia Hood (185, college: Texas St.) who had a triple-double by scoring 24 points and 18 rebounds. The former international forward Lotta Vehka-Aho (170-2000, college: FAU) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Five Peli-Karhut players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was center Albina Syla (194-2004) who recorded 17 points and 8 rebounds and forward Esther Arial (185-2006) added 6 points and 5 rebounds respectively. PeKa have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to second place. HBA-Marsky lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with ten games lost. They share it with FoA.
