The most interesting game of round 18 was a derby match between two teams from Lithuania. Fourth rankedSiauliai outleveled visiting Aistes-LSMU (7-5) 84-58 . Siauliai forced 25 Aistes-LSMU turnovers. American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-1995, college: CBU) scored 28 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Kenyan center Mercy Wanyama (185-1992) chipped in 13 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Four Siauliai players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Gintare Mazionyte (186-1991, college: Texas) with 15 points and 6 rebounds and Gintare Paulauskaite (185-1995) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Aistes-LSMU's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Siauliai (8-3) moved-up to third place. Aistes-LSMU at the other side dropped to the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with RSU.
