There was a minor upset when 8th rankedM.Ma'ale Adum. (3-4) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked H.Safed Galil (3-5) 84-77 on Tuesday. H.Safed Galil looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Daniel Koperberg (208-1997) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 18 rebounds and forward Ofek Ben-Yakov (200-1994, agency: BIG) who added 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Guard Daniel Najar (193-2001) responded with 20 points and 5 assists and Gil Noivitz (-2001) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four M.Ma'ale Adum. players scored in double figures. M.Ma'ale Adum.'s coach Yair Gewirtz rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. H.Safed Galil moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Ramat Hash. and E.Shomron. Loser M.Ma'ale Adum. keeps the eighth position with four games lost.
