Everything went according to plan in Lodz where fourth rankedPoznan MUKS (10-4) beat 7th ranked Widzew (6-8) 69-57 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was power forward Eliza Lakoma (183-1999) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Guard Marta Dymala (171-1997) chipped in 9 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Maja Zajaczkowska (164-2004) produced 16 points and guard Aleksandra Rok (170-2003) added 6 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Poznan MUKS have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Plock and Bochnia. Loser Widzew keeps the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Swarzedz and Rybnik.
