Very predictable result when fourth ranked LithuanianSiauliai (11-3) rolled over at home 10th ranked Latvian BJBS Riga (1-10) 91-55 on Sunday. Siauliai dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to BJBS Riga 's 32. Siauliai forced 22 BJBS Riga turnovers and outrebounded them 39-19 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Siauliai looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by BJBS Riga 's players. The winners were led by American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-1995, college: CBU) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 14 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and Kenyan center Mercy Wanyama (185-1992) supported her with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Five Siauliai players scored in double figures. Even 23 points and 6 rebounds by forward Franciska Treiliha (177-2004) did not help to save the game for BJBS Riga . Forward Sarlote Petersone (173-2003) added 15 points for the guests. BJBS Riga's coach already knew that her team would not have a big chance, so allowed to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Siauliai have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Loser BJBS Riga keeps the tenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Daugavpils.
